Indian Vegetarian Alternative
Paneer cheese is commonly used in Indian dishes as an alternative to meat. It is soft non-melting cheese made from cows or buffalo milk and formed with the addition of an acidic ingredient like lemon juice or vinegar.
It is usually cubed & added at the end of a sauce preparation as it only needs to be heated through. If cooked for too long, it can become tough and rubbery.
Tip: Make a large batch of your favourite Indian sauce and divide it into two for both meat lovers & vegetarians.

This new series premiered on Sky Atlantic on 6 November. The preview immediately draws in viewers showing a mother going to pick up her son from a play date, only to find out that he is not at the address she was given. And the story goes from there with each of the 8 episodes twisting & weaving into a who dunnit thriller with rising tensions.
This is a very enjoyable watch although there is a question mark over the relevance of some story lines, perhaps added to the plot for character development.
Written by Irish author Andrea Mara, All Her Fault stars Sarah Snook (Succession) & Jake Lacy (White Lotus), both great actors who shine in their performances here. At last a series to grip the streaming audience.. it's been awhile.

Not only is this album original and thought provoking, the songs are actually quality and well written. It is true that through pain, the best art is created. West End Girl was written from Lily's heart and she has to be admired for her raw honesty that many women around the world can relate to.
If there is a silver lining post divorce, Lily Allen can be proud of this release that is probably her best album in the last 10 years.
