Why Visit Athens?

My husband and I were lucky enough to spend a month in Athens last year.  We stayed in Kypseli, a neighbourhood in Central Athens that is one of the oldest in the city.  Although densely populated and not the most picturesque area of Athens, Kypesli has a multi-cultural vibe with a mixture of African & Middle Eastern communities.

Dresden Days

The city of Dresden is located on the east  coast of Germany near the Czech border. Although it is the capital city of the state of Saxony, it feels humble at heart. With the new town (Neustadt) and old town (Altstadt) located on either bank of the river Elbe, there are lots of historical buildings, sights and markets to discover in the city.

New York, New York

So good they named it twice, New York is the city that never sleeps. When you visit here, it is everything you would imagine & more. The light and shadows that beam through the vertical canyons of the Manhattan skyscrapers bring joy to the soul as you walk along block after block drinking it all in. There is a unique vibrancy that insists on reminding you it's good to be alive. With so much history, the city has been through good times & bad, yet it never ceases to welcome tourists to join in & enjoy the show.
