Anew Charity Puts Mother And Baby First

 

Anew is the only charity in Ireland that works specifically with pregnant women and new mothers experiencing homelessness.  The charity was founded in 1981 and these days, its services are more important than ever amidst the housing crisis in the country.

Their location in North County Dublin provides accommodation for pregnant and new mothers, offering intensive supports for women during their pregnancy and into motherhood.  They also have a space in the Dublin city centre where they offer group sessions, parenting support and counselling. This is a small charity making a bit difference.
