Podcast with Kevin Dundon and Caoimhe Young

I caught an interview with Kevin Dundon on Ireland AM this week as he talked about his food podcast Under The Grill.  With the second season about to launch, the brilliant concept offers listeners interviews with Irish celebrities who talk to Kevin and his co-podcaster, journalist Caoimhe Young about their favourite childhood dishes as Kevin recreates them in his Dublin kitchen.

Under The Grill is not just a catchy name. Each episode goes down memory lane with guests and lasts for just under an hour which is ample time for listeners to enjoy. From what I have heard so far, the interviews are  informal, organic and easy listening. It's no surprise that Kevin's natural gift for getting the best out of people shines through.

Guests so far include Katherine Lynch, Oliver Callan and Victoria Mary Clarke.
